By creating an account or using BenefitSetu you agree to these terms. BenefitSetu is a private guidance assistant and is not an official government website, portal or agent of any department.

What the service does

  • Explains verified government jobs, schemes, scholarships and policies in simple language.
  • Helps you check eligibility, organise documents, track deadlines and prepare applications.
  • Provides AI answers grounded in our verified databases and official source links.

What the service does not do

  • We do not guarantee job selection, exam success or scheme approval.
  • We do not submit applications or collect government fees on your behalf.
  • We do not replace the official portal. Always verify before applying.

Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information and keep your account credentials confidential.
  • Upload only documents you are legally allowed to share.
  • Do not misuse the platform, scrape content, or attempt to bypass plan limits.
  • You must be at least 18 years old, or use the service with a guardian's consent.

Plans, payments and refunds

  • Free, Basic and Pro plan limits are listed on the Pricing page and enforced on our servers.
  • Paid plans activate only after a successful, verified payment.
  • Subscriptions run for the stated period and features return to the Free plan when the period ends.
  • Payments are non-refundable except where required by law or in case of a duplicate charge.

Accuracy and disclaimer

  • Content is provided for guidance only and may change after official updates.
  • Deadlines, vacancies and eligibility must be confirmed on the official government portal.
  • Report incorrect information using the report option on any job or scheme card.

Suspension and termination

  • We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, submit fraudulent documents or violate these terms.
  • You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

Liability

  • To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous three months.
  • We are not responsible for losses arising from missed deadlines, rejected applications or third-party portals.
